About the Space: Step into a spacious and beautifully designed beach retreat, featuring an open floor plan that maximizes natural light and coastal vibes. The living area is adorned with comfortable furnishings, providing the perfect space for relaxation and conversation. Large windows with french glass door allow you to enjoy the views of our pool. The porch off the home is screened in to enjoy year round! Bedrooms: The master suite boasts a king-size bed, and desk. Secondary suite has a queen sized bed. The bedroom across from that has 2 double beds, these rooms share a bathroom. The fourth room has a bunk bed for all the kids to enjoy! Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms ensure privacy and convenience, while a half bath is situated downstairs off the bar and pool. Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals, with a spacious dining area nearby for family and friends to gather around the table. Outdoor Amenities: Your private oasis awaits just outside. Lounge by the pool with a good book or a tropical drink, and when the sun goes down, the outdoor bar area is the ideal spot for evening cocktails and entertaining. Some of our favorites are: Beach activities: North Myrtle Beach is known for its beautiful beaches, which offer plenty of activities such as swimming, sunbathing, beach volleyball, and surfing. Cherry Grove Pier: This historic pier is a popular spot for fishing, as well as a great place to take in views of the ocean. Alligator Adventure: This animal park features alligators, crocodiles, snakes, and other reptiles, as well as exotic birds and mammals. Barefoot Landing: This shopping and entertainment complex features a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions such as the Alabama Theatre, House of Blues, and the T.I.G.E.R.S. The Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach is a great small-town family beach. North Myrtle Beach has everything you need to have a great vacation! This area is golf cart friendly so inquire about renting our 6-seater golf cart. For your convenience we are within walking or golf cart distance to several restaurants, bars, seafood market, the beach, Cherry Grove Pier, and a local grocery store. Drive to Main Street, Barefoot Landing, and more!
Guest Access
HOUSE RULES: Must be 25 or older to book our home. No smoking on the property. No parties or events. Pets are allowed. Max of 2 dogs, no other pets are allowed. Check-out is at 10 AM. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. All sand needs to be cleaned off before entering the house. Failure to remove sand will result in an extra cleaning fee. Please refrain from making excessive noise past 10 PM. There is a fee associated with renting our golf cart. For any booking over 30 days we require a cleaning every month. POOL RULES: You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries. In order to heat the pool the outdoor temperature low has to be 50 and rising during the day. The heater is a heat pump and needs the warm air to heat the pool. NO PETS IN THE POOL! Children always need to be supervised. No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area! If the glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 to clean the pool. There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand before entering the pool. PET RULES: • A $75 Pet Fee must be paid before check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property. • Your dog should be friendly and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed. • We provide pet blankets that need to be used if your dog gets on the furniture. Dogs are not allowed in the beds! • Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone. • Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up. • Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. • You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog. • Limit of two dogs. *** Violations of our rules will result in immediate cancellation***
