The house features two separate living areas and two full kitchens, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out. Whether you’re gathering for a movie night or cooking a big family meal, there’s space for it all. The home comfortably sleeps your whole group with two en-suite master bedrooms, a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks and a trundle, and a room with two queen beds. Sleeping Arrangements: 3 King Bedrooms 3 Queen Beds 1 Bunk Room with two sets of twin bunks & roll-away twin bed and pack-n-play provided The backyard is where the real fun begins. The brand-new heated saltwater pool and spa are perfect for a morning dip or an evening soak under the stars. Lounge in the sun, sip drinks at the outdoor bar, or grill up dinner while the kids splash in the pool. There’s also a mini putt-putt course right in the backyard for some friendly competition. Load up the six-seater golf cart with all your beach gear—we provide chairs, umbrellas, and more—and be on the sand in two minutes. Or take a short five-minute walk to the shore. After a long day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading in to relax. There’s plenty to do inside as well. The arcade room is stocked with classics like Ms. Pac-Man and Golden Tee, plus a cozy lounge space for gaming or movie nights. You’re in the heart of Cherry Grove, just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and some of the best seafood spots in town. Barefoot Landing, golf courses, and attractions are all just a short drive away. Whether floating in the pool, cruising to the beach in the golf cart, or enjoying a game of putt-putt in the backyard, this home is designed for fun, relaxation, and making memories. Other Details to Note
HOUSE RULES: Must be 21 or older to book our home. Only 2 dogs are allowed with a $100 pet fee. No smoking on the property. A $1000 fine will be enforced for smoking on the property, inside or outside! No parties or events. Check-out is at 10 AM. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. All sand needs to be cleaned off before entering the house. We have an outdoor shower and hose for this purpose. Failure to remove sand will result in an extra cleaning fee. Please refrain from making excessive noise past 10 PM. A $400 cleaning fee is required to be paid before check-in for long-term stays. Golf cart rental: $65 per night. WE DO NOT ALLOW GOLF CARTS FROM LOCAL RENTAL COMPANIES TO BE BROUGHT OR DROPPED OFF AT OUR PROPERTY FOR USE. PET RULES: • A $100 Pet Fee must be paid before check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property. • Your dog should be friendly and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed. • We provide pet blankets that need to be used if your dog gets on the furniture. Dogs are not allowed in the beds! • Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone. • Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up. • Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. • You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog. • Limit of two dogs. POOL RULES: You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries. NO PETS IN THE POOL! Children always need to be supervised. No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area! If the glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 in order to clean the pool. There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand prior to entering the pool. *** Violations of our rules will result in immediate cancellation***

This area is golf cart friendly so inquire about renting our 6-seater golf cart. For your convenience we are within walking or golf cart distance to several restaurants, bars, seafood market, the beach, Cherry Grove Pier and a local grocery store. Drive to main street, barefoot landing and more!

The Cherry Grove area is very walkable, we also have a 6-seater golf cart available if you are interested in cruising around town in that! There are many attractions to do around North Myrtle Beach, SC. Some of our favorites are: Beach activities: North Myrtle Beach is known for its beautiful beaches, which offer plenty of activities such as swimming, sunbathing, beach volleyball, and surfing. Cherry Grove Pier: This historic pier is a popular spot for fishing, as well as a great place to take in views of the ocean. Alligator Adventure: This animal park features alligators, crocodiles, snakes, and other reptiles, as well as exotic birds and mammals. Barefoot Landing: This shopping and entertainment complex features a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions such as the Alabama Theatre, House of Blues, and the T.I.G.E.R.S. Preservation Station. T.I.G.E.R.S. Myrtle Beach Safari: This wildlife preserve and tour company offers unique opportunities to interact with exotic animals such as tigers, elephants, and apes.
