HOUSE RULES: Must be 21 or older to book our home. No pets allowed. No Motorcycles, RVs, or trailers. No street parking is allowed. There are two designated driveway parking spots. No smoking on the property. A $1000 fine will be enforced for smoking on the property, inside or outside! No parties or events. Check-out is at 10 AM. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. All sand needs to be cleaned off before entering the house. We have an outdoor shower and hose for this purpose. Failure to remove sand will result in an extra cleaning fee. Please refrain from making excessive noise past 10 PM. A $400 cleaning fee is required to be paid before check-in for long-term stays. RV’s, motorcycles, and trailers are not permitted on Barefoot Resort property and will be towed if the guest is found in violation of this regulation. ***If you used pool fob during your stay please leave them in the condo to avoid being charged a $200 replacement fee*** POOL RULES: You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries. Children always need to be supervised. No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area! If the glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 in order to clean the pool. There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand prior to entering the pool. *** Violations of our rules will result in immediate cancellation***
